What are the legal frameworks? What are the important legal and organizational considerations in anticipating and planning for leadership change? What options are available to ensure a smooth transition? Should there be an employee at will or an employment contract for the new leadership? What are the current trends to secure top talent? The two presenters will share their expertise in an interactive presentation.
