Judge Ricci will work with volunteers and court personnel in all 14 counties to develop reporting protocols for all persons under guardianship and conservatorship. She will attend and supervise the reviews in each county and develop uniform standards throughout the state, including bilingual forms and notices and informational pamphlets for pro se guardians and conservators.
